Warranty

During the first year, after the original date of purchase, MATSTEP.COM will replace any parts, which are defective in workmanship or material due to normal use.  This warranty does not cover puncture (from high heels, sharp objects, etc.), slashing, cutting, abrasion (from soil, gravel, stones, etc.) nor any other damage due to accidental causes or intentional or unintentional misuse. It is the responsibility of the consumer to establish the original purchase date for the purpose of the warranty such as a bill of sale, canceled check or some other appropriate payment record

Returns/Exchanges

Any unused product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order and after receiving a RETURN AUTHORIZATION for us.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on ALL returned/exchanged products.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to us.  If you are returning product due to our error (shipped wrong product, received damaged, etc.) there will be no restocking fee or additional shipping charges.

How to clean FoamStep® tiles

Because the tiles are a CLOSED-CELL material no liquids will penetrate the surface.  A quick wipe with a damp cloth or sponge will keep your mats looking new!

How to assemble FoamStep® tiles

FoamStep tiles fit together like puzzle pieces.  Simply lie two tiles on the floor, snap the interlocking edges into place, and smooth the seam with your hand.  Attach the border strips in the same manner if needed.

What is EVA foam?

Ethylene vinyl acetate -  This is the same material used in a basic "flip-flop" sandal.  It is non-toxic and contains NO lead or latex.
